CARD PROGRAM FOR MKWD OFFICE MOTOR
VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE
PERIOD MARCH 1, 2025 TO DECEMBER 31, 2025
1. The Metro Kidapawan Water District, through the Corporate Operating Budget
of MKWD for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION FOUR
HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE PESOS
(Php 6,466,869.00) being the Approved Budget of the Contract ABC to payments
under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF FUEL THROUGH FLEET
CARD PROGRAM FOR MKWD OFFICE VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT FOR
THE PERIOD MARCH 1, 2025 TO DECEMBER 31, 2025. Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Metro Kidapawan Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for the remaining months of CY 2025 or
upon the utilization of the total budget allotted, whichever comes first. The description
