1. The Schools Division Office of Iriga City, through the Basic Education - Learning Continuity Plan, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP 120,000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for “Procurement of Fuel for the SDO-Iriga City Utility Vehicle FY 2025” with Project Identification Number 2024-11-29-PR-194. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
