Terms and condition:
1. Fuel Station must be within 3-km from OWWA-RWO9 Office (Mayor Jaldon Street, Canelr, Zamboanga City).
2. Price to be charged must be the actual fuel price for the specific day/date.
3. Shall provide the goods/services to official/authorized OWWA 9 vehicles and generator unit only.
4. Shall issue all invoices on a timely basis- monthly billing, at the latest within 1-5 days after the month in which the associated goods/services were performed or in which such fees, costs, expenses, or charges were incurred.
5. Payment is through issuance of check less withholding tax.
6. Shall provide the goods/services for a contract period of February 01 to December 31, 2025.
