Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL, LUBRICANT AND SERVICE (THRU FLEET CARD) FOR CY 2026

The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) through the NEP CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php7,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel, Oil, Lubricant and Service (thru Fleet Card) for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) now invites bids for Procurement of Fuel, Oil, Lubricant and Service (thru Fleet Card) for CY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required within One (1) calendar day upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
