The City Government of Isabela, Basilan, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THREE PESOS 07/100 ONLY (₱5,365,653.07) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS FOR THE USE IN MONITORING AND EMERGENCY OPERATIONS OF CDRRMO, ISABELA CITY, BASILAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
