Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, Regional
Franchising and Regulatory Office No. IV-A Lipa City is inviting duly licensed
supplier/distributor to submit price quotation for Purchase of Gas, Oil and
Lubricants for LTFRB- RFRO 4A. Lipa City, for CY 2026 with the Approved
Budget of the Contract (ABC) - Php 882,000.00, not later than 2:00 pm on
December 22, 2025 at which time and date the same shall be opened in the
presence of the members of the Bids and Awards Committee or their duly
authorized representatives.
To be eligible to participate, interested parties are required to submit the
following documents as prescribed under R.A. 12009, otherwise known as the
Government Procurement Reform Act, viz:
a) Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) business name registration or SEC
registration certificate whichever maybe appropriate under existing laws of the
Philippines;
