1. The Local Government Unit of Baganga through the General Fund for FY 2025 (MOOE (5-02-03-090: 70% of 5% MDRRMF: Fuel, Oil and Lubricants Expenses 4th Quarter), intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ten Pesos Only (₱748,910.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel, Oil and Lubricants. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-BAGANGA now invites bids for the supply and delivery of the following:
9,085 liters Diesel Fuel
500 liters Gasoline Fuel
83 liters Diesel Engine Oil
49 liters Gear Oil
18 liters Brake Fluid
19 liters Coolant
9 cans Grease

Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last Ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project.
