INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGANGA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites
suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the INVITATION TO APPLY FOR
ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANTS

2. The prospective bidders must have completed, within the last two (2) years an SLCC that is similar to the contract
to be bid that must be at least 50% of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendable Supplies, said SLCC must be at
least 25% of the ABC. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use
nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
