Tender are invited for PROCUREMENT OF FUEL, OIL AND LUBRICANT USING FUEL FLEET CARD SYSTEM FOR BFAR XI FOR CY 2026

Description : The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources XI, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Six Hundred Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five and 0/100 Pesos (Php 3,610,975.00) being the ABC to payments under the following contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources XI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required upon the conforme of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) up to December 31, 2026 or utilization of the allocated budget, whichever comes first. However, the contract may be extended as deemed necessary by both parties. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
