Description : RATIONALE
The Department of Tourism Regional Office XII (DOT 12) needs engaging services of automobile fuel retailers to provide gasoline, diesel, lubricants, and other services at gas stations for all service vehicles of the DOT 12 through fuel/ fleet card and/ or Manual Program.

The DOT 12-s Fuel/ Fleet Card and/ or Manual Program pertains to using the card as a payment card for gasoline, diesel, lubricants, and services at gas stations. Essential to meet DOT 12-s operational and administrative requirements, including the delivery of services to the public, the Fleet Card and/ or Manual Program likewise helps control spending by setting spending limits and tracking spending patterns such as grade of fuel, fueling frequency, time and location of fueling. To this end, the DOT 12 intends to engage an entity that could provide such service (the “Contractor/ Supplier”).
