Description : PROCUREMENT OF FUEL (FLEET CARDS)
FOR THE DILG XII MOTOR VEHICLES COVERING THE PERIOD
FROM JANUARY 1, 2026 TO DECEMBER 31, 2026

1) The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) - REGION XII, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Peso (Php 1,535,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel (Fleet cards) covering the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) - REGION XII now invites bids for the Procurement of Fuel (Fleet cards) covering the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to be utilized by DILG - Region XII. Provision of the Goods/Services is required for Twelve (12) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
