INVITATION TO RE-BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FUEL CY 2026 (EPA)

1. The Municipality of Ginatilan, Cebu, using a single year for a duration of six (6) months Framework Agreement, through the GF - MO (MOOE), 20% EDF (Roads & Canals) & 5% MDDRMF - CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 8,988,900.00). Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected. Identification number per item and total cost being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item to be bid out are as follows:
