Description : The Department of Education - Baguio Teachers Camp through it's Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) is now inviting interested suppliers to quote on the following items:

1 6970/L LOT DIESEL FUEL
1400/L GASOLINE FUEL
**Quantities are indicative/estimated only and may increase or decrease based on actual demand, provided the total Contract cost does not exceed the ABC
NOTE: Add 6% Tax

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
A. BID AND CONTRACT PRICE
1 The total Contract Price shall not exceed Php 662,600.00
2 All bid prices shall be inclusive of VAT and all applicable government taxes and charges.
3 The Procuring Entity reserves the right to adjust the quantity of volume of each fuel product type, provided that the total contract price is not exceeded;
B. PAYMENT TERMS
4 Payment shall be based on the actual volume of fuel delivered and duly received, using the prevailing retail pump price on the date of delivery
5 The Procuring Entity shall settle payment within fifteen (15) to Thirty (3) calendar days from receipt of complete billing documents.
