1. The Barangay Alegria, Bato, Leyte through the GoP (20% Dev-t. Fund) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen Pesos only (Php 100,316.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel for the Backfilling of Brgy. Alegria Gym, Brgy. Alegria, Bato, Leyte (ALEGRIAGOODS2025-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Alegria, Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the Procurement of Fuel for the Backfilling of Brgy. Alegria Gym, Brgy. Alegria, Bato, Leyte (ALEGRIAGOODS2025-01).
