Description : 1. The Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA),
through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2026 intends to apply the
sum of Five Million Three Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Five Hundred
Sixty-Six Pesos and 43/100 (P5,331,566.43) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Fuel
and Lubricants (Gasoline and Diesel) Through the Fuel Card System for
TESDA Central Office Service Vehicles for FY 2026 - Rebidding. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The TESDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the
Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required by FY 2026. Bidders
should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and
receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
