The Barangay Bagong Silang, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte invites qualified bidders to apply for prequalification and submit bid for the Procurement of Fuel and Lubricant Oil for the Improvement of Barangay Road at Barangay Bagong Silang of this Municipality viz.

Bid documents are available for issuance to prospective bidders at the office of the Bids and Awards Committee of the same barangay upon payment of non-refundable fee in the amount of Php 500.00 starting August 21, 2025 to September 10, 2025.

All sealed bids shall be received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at Barangay Hall of Barangay Bagong Silang not later than September 10, 2025 at 9:00AM barangay clock. Late bids shall not be accepted.
Bid Opening shall be on September 10, 2025 at 10:00AM at Barangay Hall of Bagong Silang, Gutalac, Zamboanga del Norte.
