Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF FREIGHT SERVICES FOR ONE (1) YEAR under ITB No. CB25-09-058COR
1. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), through the PAGCOR-s Corporate Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Five Million Pesos (PhP75,000,000.00), VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction, for a period of one (1) year or upon the exhaustion of the contract price, whichever comes first, being the total ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Freight Services for One (1) Year.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGCOR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The contract shall be enforced for a period of one (1) year and shall commence from the date of receipt by the winning bidder of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
