Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) UNITS PASSENGER VAN
(Rebidding)
ITB No. EMB-GOODS-NCB-2025-0010
1. The Environmental Management Bureau - Central Office (EMB-CO) Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC), through the General Appropriations Act of 2025 intends
to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos
(PhP14,800,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the
Procurement of Four (4) Units Passenger Van (Rebidding).
Bids received in excess of the ABC for one (1) lot shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
2. The Environmental Management Bureau Central Office (EMB-CO) now invites
bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within
sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should
have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in
the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
