1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2024 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos
(PhP9,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) UNITS MOBILE OPERATING
LIGHT WITH RECHARGEABLE BATTERY (ITB NO.: 2024-OR LIGHTS-128 / PIN NO.:
2024-OR LIGHTS-089). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for FOUR (4) UNITS
MOBILE OPERATING LIGHT WITH RECHARGEABLE BATTERY (ITB NO.: 2024-
OR LIGHTS-128 / PIN NO.: 2024-OR LIGHTS-089).
