Description : In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the FOOD TERMINAL INCORPORATED (FTI), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites technically, legally and financially capable PhilGEPS registered suppliers to negotiate for the project: Procurement of Four (4) Units Brand-New 6-Wheeler Reefer Trucks for RFT- Lingayen, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
