OFFICE OF THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) UNITS OF ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV) UNDER EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES (EPA)

1. The Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, through the 5% MDRRM Fund for the year 2025, intends to apply the sum of ₱ 1,622,080.72 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the “PROCUREMENT OF FOUR (4) UNITS OF ALL TERRAIN VEHICLE (ATV) UNDER EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES (EPA)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery and installation of the goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
