Description : The Municipality of President Roxas (MPR), through the 2025 MDRRMF, intends to apply the sum of Oe Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php 176,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Forty-Two (42) Units Handheld Radio as Additional Rescue Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of President Roxas (MPR), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the Procurement of Forty-Two (42) Units Handheld Radio as Additional Rescue Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty Calendar Days (30 c.d.) from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
