THE CONDUCT PROCUREMENT OF FOOD FOR IN - SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS (INSET)

1. The Paniqui-on Elementary School of Cadiz City, through the Schools MOOE Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (PHP 19,250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONDUCT PROCUREMENT OF FOOD FOR IN - SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

2. The activity requires the procurement of catered food packages to be served to participants during the celebration;

3. The Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the said procurement is P 19,250.00, which is within the threshold for Small Value Procurement as provided under RA 12009 and its IRR, and is included in the duly approved APP of the agency;
