INVITATION TO BID

The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR, through the Annual Budget for Calendar Year 2025 intends to apply the sum THIRTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR PESOS AND EIGHTEEN CENTAVOS (39,924,624.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FOODS, NON-FOODS, MEDICINES AND HYGIENE KITS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF MAGUINDANAO DEL SUR now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF FOODS, NON-FOODS, MEDICINES AND HYGIENE KITS. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days effective upon receipt of Purchase Order.
