NOTE:
1. Suppliers must submit the hard copy quotation in sealed envelope at Valenzuela National High School BAC Secretariat on or Before the closing date.
2. Suppliers must indicate the complete specification of their commodities being offered.
3. Non- compliance of the above cited pre requisite shall be ground for suppliers dis-qualifications therefore their tender shall be considered null and void.
