The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat, intents to procure the Procurement of Food/Meals (AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks) of participants on the Conduct of Capacity Building on Creating and Leading Culture of Excellence in Science Pedagogy for Elementary and Junior High School Science Teachers through Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement-Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
