Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Food with Venue for SDO Bacolod City Activities/Training/Workshop for FY 2025

1. The Department of Education, Division of Bacolod City, through the Government of the Philippines, General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of:

being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education, Division of Bacolod City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Day (all lots) upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five(5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
