INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FOOD SUPPLIES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS, through the TRUST FUND-SMALL TOWN LOTTERY (STL) CHARITY FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE PESOS (₱212,625.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FOOD SUPPLIES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL FEEDING HILONGOS TF-2025-04-133. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HILONGOS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
