The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 85 Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php147,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Food Supplies for the Preparation of Agro-Industrial Trade and Tourism Fair Booth for Apayao Day 2025 under Contract No. SF Goods 2025-36. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
