1) The DOH-Malinao Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, through the NEP 20264 intends
to apply the following sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for Food Subsistence for Residents 2025 (EPA) with
Reference number: DOH-MTRC-B-01-2026 through Framework Agreement. Bids
received in excess of ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
