The Municipality of Veruela, Agusan del Sur, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), has conducted two consecutive public biddings for the PROCUREMENT OF FOOD STUFF which were declared a failure.
In accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, we are now resorting to Negotiated Procurement due to Two Failed Biddings.
The Municipality of Veruela is inviting interested suppliers to submit their best and final offer that should meet the Procuring Entity's minimum technical requirements and not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
