Procurement of food packs for GAD Training (School MOOE) SY 2025 of ISLA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. 1. Department of Education, Division of Bacolod City, District II, ISLA Elementary School, through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE AND CONSUMABLE (NEP) 2025, intends to apply the sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 17, 400.00 ) being the Approved Budget for ,Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of food packs for GAD Training ( MOOE) SY 2025 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.
