Terms and Conditions:

1.Winning provider shall safe-keep the goods and shall be ready for release within seven (7) days upon demand from an authorized representative of the LGU.
2.Expiration dates for Items 2 and 3 must be strictly complied with.
3.An initial billing statement shall be issued for every delivered good together with the delivery receipt.
4.Cash on delivery is not allowed
5.Price quoted must be inclusive of all charges acceptable by law.
6.Price validity shall be for the period until the completion of the contract.
7.Contract shall be terminated if goods delivered are of poor quality and not suitable for human consumption despite prior notice.
