Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Procurement of Food Items (Seafood) for Dietary Use of the IPHO-TPH (CY 2026 Early Procurement Activity - 1st Quarter 2026)
1) The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos Only (PhP 1,515,474.00) being the Indicative Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Items (Seafood) for Dietary Use of the IPHO-TPH (CY 2026 Early Procurement Activity - 1st Quarter 2026). Bids received in excess of the Indicative Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for Goods. Delivery of the Goods is required within three (3) months. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
