General Conditions:
1. Total quotation amount more than the Approved Budget for the Contract shall be automatically rejected.
2. Incomplete quotation shall not be accepted.
3. Late submission of quotations shall not be accepted.
4. Delivery period within two (2) calendar days (event day) upon signing of Purchase Order.
5. Warranty shall be for a period of six (6) months for supplies and materials, one (1) year for equipment, from the date of acceptance by the Procuring Entity.
