1. The BANGSAMORO TRANSITION AUTHORITY - BARMM, using a Single-Year for a duration of Six (6) Months - July - December 2025 Framework Agreement through Government Appropriations Act of the Bangsamoro (GAAB) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Fifty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (Php 9, 052, 000.00) for the Procurement of Food Catering Services for the Committee on Finance, Budget and Management 2026 Budget Hearing of BTA-BARMM- PB- IB 2025-06-0011. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
