1. The Schools Division Office of Balanga City, through the National Expenditure
Program FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Twenty-

the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
