Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF FOOD AND NON-FOOD ITEMS FOR STOCKPILING OF THE LDRRMO
1. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion through the MOOE FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Fifty Pesos (Php 668,050.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food and Non-Food Items for Stockpiling of the MDRRMO/ITB-2025-020 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Concepcion now invites bids for the Procurement of Food and Non-Food Items for Stockpiling of the MDRRMO. Delivery of goods is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders.
