Description : 1. The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the SEF intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fourty Thousand Pesos (Php240,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Procurement of Fogging Machine EVO 35”, Project ID No. Goods-2025-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
