Procurement of Flat Cars

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2018 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Nine Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱99,750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Flat Cars. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Procurement of Flat Cars. The scope of work shall be the supply, delivery, testing and commissioning of Flat Cars and to ensure that the materials meet the required standard and specification. Completion of all works under the contract is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
