1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2024 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Million Five Hundred
Thousand Pesos (PhP22,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FIVE (5) UNITS
ELECTROHYDRAULIC SURGICAL TABLE (ITB NO.: 2024-TABLE-129/ PIN NO.:
2024-TABLE-090). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for PROCUREMENT
OF FIVE (5) UNITS ELECTROHYDRAULIC SURGICAL TABLE (ITB NO.: 2024-
TABLE-129/ PIN NO.: 2024-TABLE-090).
Delivery of the Goods is required within
30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date
