Description : PROCUREMENT OF FIVE (5) JANITORIAL SERVICES COVERING THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 2026 TO
DECEMBER 31, 2026

1) The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) - REGION XII, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 930,700.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Five (5) Janitorial Services covering the period from January 1, 2026 to December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) - REGION XII now invites bids for the Procurement of Five (5) Janitorial Services covering the period from January 1, 2026 to December 2026 to be deployed in DILG XII Regional Office. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required for Twelve (12) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
