Description : 1.The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Magsaysay, through the 2025 Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunain intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 2nd Call of Procurement of Fishing Gears and Paraphernalia in Barangay Poblacion, Magsaysay, Occidental Mindoro with contract identification number of ITB-2025-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Magsaysay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project to wit:
