Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR OFFICIAL USE OF PENRO/CENRO MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT SECTION

1. The DENR PENRO - Oriental Mindoro, through the RA 12116 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Pesos (Php 696,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of fire fighting equipment for official use of PENRO/CENRO Monitoring and Enforcement Section/ DENR-ORM-002-2025. Bids received in excess of the budget for the contract shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DENR PENRO - Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
