Procurement of Finger ID System with Attendance Management, Payroll, Intranet Module and Face Recognition

1. The Department of Health Treatment and Rehabilitation Center - Bicutan (DOH TRC Bicutan) through the GAA 2024, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Finger ID System with Attendance Management, Payroll, Intranet Module and Face Recognition under IB No. 2023-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOH TRC Bicutan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
