Description : The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES, through the Department of Social Welfare Development (DSWD)-s FY 2025-PSIF-AICS and AKAP Fund, intends to apply the sum of Forty Nine Million Eight Hundred Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos (PhP 49,847,160.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Financial Service Provider to Service the Distribution of Cash Assistance to DSWD-s Beneficiaries of AICS Program and AKAP in Region V with Project Identification No. ITB-LBP-RBACV-0225-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The goods/services are grouped into six (6) lots, per province, for the purpose of bidding, evaluation and contract award/s.

The bidder is a Financial Service Provider duly licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to act as a conduit in the payment of money for DSWD-s beneficiaries
