Description : 1. 1 Lot Professional Services of Financial Analyst of FMD Bookkeeping Unit for the period of August 25 to December 31, 2025

TERMS OF REFERENCE

SCOPE AND COVERAGE:
1. Review and reconciliation of designated accounts
2. Matching of ledger entries vs reports
3. Identification of discrepancies, missing entries, double postings or incorrect entries
4. Correction of entries and preparation of adjustments
5. Preparation of detailed reconciliation summaries and reports
6. Close coordination with concerned FMD staff to gather necessary data and documents

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS Degree in Accountancy/BS Degree in Business Administration Graduate.
2. With at least 5 -10 years work experience including government accounting.
3. Preferably with knowledge in accounting software and reconciliation of accounts.

DELIVERABLES:
1. Reconciled schedules/working paper for designated accounts/Liquidation Report.
2. Summary report detailing discrepancies identified, adjustments to be made.
3. JEV for adjustments and supporting documentations.
