Invitation to Bid for PROCUREMENT OF FIFTEEN (15) UNITS CLINICAL TROLLEY

1. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act
2025 (GOP) intends to apply the sum of One Million Fifty Thousand Pesos
(PhP1,050,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FIFTEEN (15) UNITS CLINICAL TROLLEY
(ITB NO.: 2025-TROLLEY-137 / PIN NO.: 2025-TROLLEY-107). Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF
FIFTEEN (15) UNITS CLINICAL TROLLEY (ITB NO.: 2025-TROLLEY-137 / PIN NO.:
2025-TROLLEY-107).
Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days.
