Procurement of Fifteen (15) Units Air Conditioning Unit

1. The City Government of Manila, through the Philhealth Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Pesos (Php1,167,840.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Fifteen (15) Units Air Conditioning Unit / ITB No. 2025-01-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Manila now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the above procurement project for Justice Jose Abad Santos General Hospital. Delivery of Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Prospective Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to at least fifty (50%) of the approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
