1. Armed Forces of the Philippines, through the General Appropriations Act (Capital Outlay) FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Five (Php 5,130,345.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fifteen (15) Explosive Detection Dogs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The following are the details of the project:
